Here at Grey Ghost Venison all our Wild Venison is locally sourced from woodlands, fells and high country where the deer populations are being managed to bring them to a sustainable level where their presence will not negatively impact the environment. All our Wild Venison is frozen immediately after processing to preserve nutrients and freshness.
